Ron and Rosemary Crawford have both been real estate brokers, licensed in the State of Washington, in the past. Ron also was a certified fee appraiser, and Rosemary was certified to teach real estate courses accredited by the State of Washington for continuing education. They both retired from real estate when they sold their real estate company, Professional Realty Operating System Inc. (PROS Inc) in 1998. Since then, they have built houses, traveled, and worked on their acreage outside Granite Falls, Washington.

They are both experienced in all aspects of residential construction and have recently completed a home for themselves where they acted as general contractors. They also built two homes for winter residences in the State of Georgia. Their emphasis in all building projects has been for energy efficiency.
